Is there a dictation (speech to text) option on Home and Student 2019 Word? I've tried getting support, no luck. Thanks so much.

Unfortunately the Dictation feature is only available with Office subscriptions - not available in any Office retail license. This is detailed in the following article for the "Can't find the Dictate button" question under "How to use dictation"
