Hi I purchased only yesterday Microsoft Office Home 2019 from a reputable UK company called Wowcher. A separate key code was sent by email. The microsoft site sent me to the US site to pay $149.99. When I tried again, the offer said that the code had been redeemed yet I dont have office downloaded. Any help is greatly appreciated. I can provide the email and code if needed

Hi Dave thanks for responding. When the key was entered ‘my account’ showed that the pack was installed. But it clearly wasnt. Because when I click on Word or Excel, it took me direct to Microsoft and a page to pay for the current version.

a company called ‘software giants’ did the offer through Wowcher. They wrote back and told me to uninstall the versions on my computer and reinstall

    Hi Paul

Yes, that is the correct procedure, did that work for you?

    If not:

Use this tool from Microsoft to remove all remnants of a previous Office Installation:

    https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Uninst...

Restart (not shut down) your PC . . .

Go to http://www.office.com there you will find your Office licence and can re-install Office without the need for a product key . . .

    Hi Paul

I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this . . .

That website is selling Office Home and Student for £37.99, whereas the real price is £119.99 +VAT, that would indicate the licenses they are selling are not correct, they are also selling a commercial licence of Windows 10 Pro Plus for £64.99, that also indicates the licenses are not correct

When you went to download Office using your licence key, the first time, was that not accepted?
