Hello, my team just received an old Teams meeting invite email sent from my manager. The meeting was a series occurring between 15-Dec-21 and 23-Feb-22.

My manager said she didn't send it. At that time she was configuring her iPhone after an iOS update last night.

I first thought it was something to do with the iOS update (she does have Outlook on her iPhone), but I checked the IP of the invite message and it was sent from her desktop. She said she definitely wasn't on Outlook at that time.

Has anyone encountered this before? Any way to fix it?

Thank you

    Hi @Alexis Pejouan
I wonder if this is a fortuitous event, or a regular occurrence in your team?
Can you find this message in the Sent folder? Please have a check if you have set a delay or schedule send.

At that time she was configuring her iPhone after an iOS update last night.

In addition, we likewise cannot rule out if this is a problem caused by iOS .
Here is a similar case that the meeting invitation automatically sent from the users' mobile devices:Meeting Invite Automatically sent from the user mobile devices without their knowledge. (microsoft.com)
Hope it can help you !
