Lookup in Office 365 Form

I have a form I created serving as intake of tickets into a deal desk team.

Most of it is conventional: date selections, other straightforward multiple choice options or free text, but I also need an option where user can select 'users to copy on the request' with the idea being doing a lookup of users from Active Directory/O365 such that I can then relay form results those selected users. How can I embed such a thing in an Office 365 form?

Thanks but this is not helping me; please refer to my question again.

What I need is to have a way to embed, within the O365 Form, a lookup into a list of O365/AD users

I appreciate the prompt response but, again, this does not address the question posed.
