Where can I find my HUP Order History? I need the product key to reinstall Office  2016 which i purchased in 2018.  The Web site does not work. It says to enter  an email and the information will be sent but the email is only an advertisement to buy Office 365

The web page seems to working properly now:

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/home-use-program/order-history

EDIT: If someone is seeing this thread later than 2020, the link to the order history is new:

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/workplace-discount-program/order-history

I can no longer find my order history using my work email address on the site provided. As if it never existed.

The account linked to my work email is now an Office 365 account since my employee has rolled to that platform. So I agree with RonBarker that this must be a deliberate plan to force users to only use Office 365. There does not appear to be any recourse since Customer Support insists that they cannot access my orders due to privacy.

And in response to Diane Poremsky MVP, I

most certainly DO need my product key to activate the Office programs.

Renee, your complaint was very much justified.  Someone at Microsoft went beyond their remit by changing the HUP 'history' webpage to remove the link  and replace it with a link to upgrade to Office 365.

I understand that I would get a discount on Office 365 but that does not excuse Microsoft’s taking from me the ability to use the product i purchased 2 years ago.

Just because Microsoft now offers new products, does that mean i should have to throw away my still useful Office 2016?

Thank you Stefan Blom for looking into this.  Just to be clear, I can log in with my work email but it brings me to the Office 365 account that my employer has now set up.
