Thanks for the question and using MS Q&A platform.
As the error message complains looks like the file doesn't exist. Could you please confirm if you have created a ADLS Gen2 account with name contosolake and also created a container in it with name users?
If you have not created, then that could be reason you are receiving the error.
If you are following the instructions provided in the MS Documentation tutorial, then you might have missed the below point:
Please make sure to use the correct storage account, container as well as download and upload the file as suggested in the below document.
