There is no GUI at all in Word, excel and power point. I have followed the instructions from here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office/troubleshoot/settings/office-display-issues with no luck. I am not sure if I have office 2019 or 2016.

This may happen on some systems when hardware graphics acceleration has been turned off for Office programs. You can fix it in the registry. Hold the Windows logo key as you press R; in the Run dialog box, type regedit and press Enter. If you see the User Account Control prompt, click yes. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Graphics and change the value for DisableHardwareAcceleration to zero.

Since the Graphics key and the DisableHardwareAcceleration value do not exist on your system, then it is unlikely that hardware acceleration is the issue on your system.

You could try repairing Office, if you haven't already done so; see https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/repair-an-office-application-7821d4b6-7c1d-4205-aa0e-a6b40c5bb88b.

However, I would suggest that you need to go to the computer manufacturer's web site and find an updated video driver.
