Office365 Update stops. Popup tells me Error 0xc0000142 occurred

Win10 Pro every update installed.

Office 365 Version 18.1905.1301.0

on every single Office app I have installed the same behaviour:

double on the icon - Office is updating. Please wait. - Dingeling- Error 0xc0000142.

Help is very much appreciated.

    The error (0xc0000142) is a known bug in the Office update process, follow these steps to perform a full repair of your Office installation . . .

    Open the Settings App (gear icon on your Start Menu)

    Go to Apps, then scroll down to find Microsoft Office

    Select that and choose Modify - Online Repair

    That is a comprehensive fix

    That should fix any issues with your Office Installation . . .
