I am training on an advanced class for working this program, but for several data across workbooks functions I need to see all 4 workbooks at once.  THe Arrange ALL function in tile mode so I can see all 4 workbooks simple takes the workbook I accessed it from and makes it a smaller window without adding the other open work books.  ALSO often when I try to open a 4th Workbook it tells me I cannot.

    Hi Shauna,

Thanks for using Microsoft products and posting in the community, I'm glad to offer help.

Generally, when 4 workbooks are opened and go to View tab > Arrange All > select "Tiled", they will be displayed tiled on the screen at the same time.

Reference: Compare two or more worksheets at the same time

According to your description, I'm sorry I cannot understand your situation very well, do you mean that the fourth workbook cannot be displayed normally like the picture above?

To better understand your situation, could you please describe the specific steps on your side in detail? And please provide the screenshot if there is any prompt, your understanding and cooperation will be highly appreciated.

    Looking forward to your feedback.

    Best Regards,

    Arck

    Hi Shauna,

Sorry for the late response due to out of office.

It seems that you may need to perform an online repair to fix the program, please go to Control Panel or Windows settings > Apps & features to repair your Office: Repair an Office application

    Best Regards

When trying to work in multiple worksheets I sometimes get an error window when trying to open the fourth worksheet. But if I manage to get them all open and then go into one and select View, then Arrange All and Tiled, it soes not displybas shown.  It creates one small window with just the original workbook. If I manage to get that expanded to shows that workbook in the upper left but the others are not there. When I look at my task screen they are all shunken the same way but not on the same screen.
