Hi orange&blueU56,

This is Joyce, an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you.

May I know how does your document opens up? Does this happen to all of your documents?

Usually, the document will open on how you view it when you close it before. If your document is too smal, you can change the view settings by clicking 'View' tab > 'Zoom' You can then set up the zoom percentage you want to view your document.

However, if you are experiencing a different issue, please send a screenshot so we can better help you out.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions.

Warm regards,

Joyce

I believe Joyce has answered your immediate question. If this happens often, you may want to look into Jay Freedman's free utility to let you control this. The Macro Zone - Jay Freedman, MVP

Use one of the SaveView utilities.
