Greetings, I am glad to help you here. From the problem phenomenon, we couldn’t make sure what the root cause is. But based on my experience, it might be related to credential cache or corrupted Office configuration file, therefore, I recommend you:
- Go to Credential Manager > Windows Credentials to clear any credentials that are related to Office, and then re-login to Office programs.
- Repair Office applications.
> Right-click Start button to Apps and Features.
> Select Office programs to Modify.
> Choose Quick Repair, if it doesn’t work for you, try Online Repair.
