Microsoft Office logs out after each reboot

Hi there,

Every time I boot my laptop I notice that my Office apps have been logged out of my MS account.

Therefore OneDrive also prompts me to log in on each reboot via a pop up nag screen.

I enter my credentials in the pop up and OneDrive logs in again and is happy until the next reboot!

It is getting very annoying that my MS account is not being remembered on each reboot.

This is a brand new installation of Office 365 Personal 64bit.

Thank you!

    Hi Hongkongpom,

Greetings, I am glad to help you here. From the problem phenomenon, we couldn’t make sure what the root cause is. But based on my experience, it might be related to credential cache or corrupted Office configuration file, therefore, I recommend you:

    1. Go to Credential Manager > Windows Credentials to clear any credentials that are related to Office, and then re-login to Office programs.
    2. Repair Office applications.

    > Right-click Start button to Apps and Features.

    > Select Office programs to Modify.

    > Choose Quick Repair, if it doesn’t work for you, try Online Repair.
