    Hi Jaldheer Nathani,

    Thanks for your quick feedback, it makes me further understand your requirement. For it, you can refer to the article to check if it is workable:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/misc/pilot-microsoft-365-from-my-custom-domain?view=o365-worldwide

    If you have any concern, please feel free to let us know.

    Regards,

    Joey

    Hi Joey,

    Thanks for the reply...

    Yes we own a domain and may office 365 users and cPanel users should be able to use same domain.

    for example;

    ******@mycompanydomain.com is created in Office 365

    ******@mycompantdomain.com is created in my cPanel Hosting (linux web hosting)

    this both user should be able to send mails to each other and receive from each other.

    this both user should able to send mails to outside the company domain and receive.

    i think many people are using this scenario.  there must be a solution...

    thanks,

    Jaldheer Nathani

    Hello Joey,

    Thanks for the reply and very sorry for the delayed reply...

    ref. to the post; it requires to setup email forwarder which we don't want to do. as we could not create same mail box at both server.

    we have found another article at following link

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/mail-flow-best-practices/use-connectors-to-configure-mail-flow/set-up-connectors-to-route-mail

    we have tried this solution but it wont work fully.

    in about article which we have given you we don't understand the part where it says;

    1. Set up your email server to relay mail to the Internet via Microsoft 365 or Office 365

    i think it says for on-premises Exchange configuration, but what if we have other hosted cPanel like male server.

    if you can help us, it would be grate...

    thanks...

    Jaldheer

    Hi jaldheer,

    Good day to you.

    From your description, we'd first like to know if your organization has own domain and you'd like to let those users use the the same domain whatever they use Microsoft 365 or Cpanel. If yes, actually, since the domain can't be host at Microsoft and Cpanel at the same time, your requirement isn't feasible currently. We do appreciate for your understanding in advance. However, if you have different scenario, welcome back to tell us and we're glad to help you to check if there is any workaround.

    If you have anything unclear, please feel free to let us know.

    Regards,

    Joey
