I’ve been getting this issue for a while now, trying to create a sandbox tenant:

We can't continue with the signup process for the following reasons:
• Your phone number did not pass security checks.
• Your phone cannot receive an SMS code.
MS-CorrelationID: f0d98937-209b-4bfb-8780-659d7097e484
Code: 40313

I have tried multiple phone numbers, and none of them worked. Are there any blocks on my account? I had a case opened about this same issue but I never got a response.
