Power App: Connect using on-premises data gateway

Hi there,

I'm developing a mobile app using Power App tool and it will use our local database. Our network guys concerns about direct access to our SQL database over the internet w/o enough protection. Can you explain to me how secure it is?

    Power apps is not currently supported here on Q&A. The product group for Power apps actively monitors questions over at
