How can I use conditional formatting on 365 Excel on iPad Pro?

I’m using an iPad Pro and looking at massive data sets, and need to be able to see differences between cells at a glance - I used to use conditional formatting to highlight which cells were showing a decreased value and which an increased one, and I cannot find conditional formatting anywhere in the 365 Excel app.

Am I just being dense? Or is it really no longer a function?? It feels like a pretty simple feature, and one that many people would miss using, non?

Please email me if you have the answer, Mods! Thank you. <3
