Hi Utkarsh
If you have Office Professional Plus, you should have the Access Application installed
Open Word
Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc)
On the processes tab, fin Word, then right click the Word application and choose 'Open File Location'
In the resulting folder, do you see the MSACCESS.exe file for Access?
If so, right click that and choose Send To - Desktop (create shortcut)

When you say Office was pre-installed on your PC,did you purchase a licence to a full version of Microsoft Office with your PC or do you pay a subscription to Office 365?
2
Open Word, then go to File - Account, what Microsoft Office licence is reported on that page?
