Why won't my Word doc print in color all of a sudden?

The print preview is in color, but it prints in black. I see no color options anywhere in the print preview windows. I formerly could see, in the print preview options review, that my document was set to print color, b & w, or grayscale. I no longer see that option box or option in the printer properties. I almost always print in color. I have plenty of color ink in my printer. I have updated and restarted my computer hoping that was the issue, but not.

This same issue has happened before. I cannot figure it out.
