I want new pages to be created in the front of the folder (Top) when creating from Outlook meeting invite.  What setting am I overlooking that will automatically do this?  Right now, it automatically places it at the bottom, and for some meetings, I have 100+ pages already.  Thank you!

    Hi Margaret,

We understand you want to automatically create a Outlook meeting note at the top of the section among the pages.

We tested at our end and found that it will create a new page at the bottom after the existed pages. We tested in OneNote 2016 at our end, and we are sorry to convey that there is no setting to meet your requirement. As a temporary workaround, you can drag the new pages to the top of the section to change the order. Appreciate your understanding.

(If you use OneNote for Windows 10, you can create a new page at the top of the section and click Meeting Details under the Insert tab to insert the meeting information. But user also need to manually create a new page in a specific location. )

Given this situation, we sincerely suggest you post this valuable idea in OneNote UserVoice. The related team will adapt the idea of the high vote and keep bring a better user experience. Your idea may turn this feature into reality and benefit more users.

    Thanks for your cooperation. 😊

    Best Regards,

    Ivy
