Ok so we use Microsoft 365 Business Premium license. I have a Project for Office (Plan E5) license but when I go to the MS project online webpage and click new blank project or roadmap, it shows no license.

Not sure what to do.

The question is: Is Project Online included in Office365 Business Premium or not.

Nope, Project Online plan is not included in Business Premium.

    See this:https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/business/compare-all-microsoft-365-business-products#:~:text=Office%20365%20is%20now%20Microsoft%20365.%20New%20name%2C,Microsoft%20365%20Apps%20%2010%20more%20rows%20

It should be a plan, you need to buy it additionally .

I have Office 365 E5, the Project Online can be unable and disable like any other app but when I try to use it MS is telling me that it seems that I dont have a license. I have removed and added back in and the issue remains. How this is even possible?

Hello & sorry for the late reply!

I've attached the subscription screenshots for you to see.

    More Details

    • Here are the subscriptions that we have

    • I am the organization's admin

    • When I navigate to https://project.microsoft.com/en-US/ I get a blank page with the following message: "Looks like you don’t have a license to create projects or roadmaps, but you can view those shared with you. To get a license, contact your Microsoft 365 admin."

    • All other organization users also receive the same blank project page.
