I am working in a shared document in SharePoint. Whenever I attempt to copy/paste (CTRL +C/ CTRL +V) text from either a comment in the document or from an external document, any text/data that I had just entered disappears, and the copied content does not actually appear.
Working with Office365, SharePoint, FireFox, and the document is in "reviewing" mode.
This not something I have encountered before, and honestly, is quite frustrating as I need to manually type additional information instead of bringing it over from other sources.

Hi pictsiegirl,
When sharing a document in SharePoint, the owner can select the sharing option as “Open in review mode only”. Regarding your concern, you could check with the sharer to re-share the document with you with this selection unchecked.
