Onedrive issues are quite complex and delicate for handling data in the cloud, so it is best that you handle it with the technical support team.
Through this forum, we do not have access to the tools and we have public viewing so you will not be able to provide your account data for analysis.

- Click the icon? (Help) at the top of the page.
- Select Contact Support.
- Leave the details there and follow the instructions that will be sent by the support.
