officeapps.live.com took too long to respond.

Hi,

I have issues when opening all document in one drive, or specifically when opened office365 apps online. Had been browsing but still could not find the solutions.

Could you help me?

For the example, when I try to open the excel online, it says;

excel.officeapps.live.com took too long to respond.

    Hi Nik,

    Finally it's solved, its caused by my internet provider.

    I tried change my wifi connection and it worked. Still have no idea why my internet connection messed it all up. 

    Might think there is whitelist & blacklist in my company's mail server.

    Anyway, thanks a lot for your support. Much appreciated.

    Hi Yonathan,

    I have performed some tests, and I could open an Excel file on the desktop app from OneDrive.

    In order to further understand your actual situation and help you better, please offer me more information at your convenience, thanks.

    1. Do you see this issue with all the excel files you have on your OneDrive or some of them?
    2. Have you tried downloading the excel file and try you open it in the Excel desktop app? It will help us to isolate the issue with OneDrive.
    3. Do you see a pop-up when opening the excel file from OneDrive web app? If yes, click on the "Open Excel" button.

    Tip: Close all the existing excel files on your local before opening the OneDrive Excel file on the desktop app.

    After clicking on "Open Excel", If you have any excel open, then click on anywhere on excel cell to allow OneDrive file to open.

    Already done the steps, 

    also did it to the Microsoft Edge, but the result still the same

    excel.officeapps.live.com took too long to respond

    Well, it used to be fine, but I have no idea how the online apps went wrong.

    any other suggestions?

    1. Clear your browser cache and cookies for all time

    1. Access OneDrive web app https://onedrive.live.com
    2. Enter your login credentials and check the outcome
