Difficulties extending subscription & sharing Office (prepaid cards, military edition)

Split from this thread.

Pure frustration.

I have nearly the exact same issue and setup.  I set up my office 365 with 3x prepaid cards from a military base about 2 years ago.

I have 2 cards (also military appreciation edition) that I want to use to extend past the current deadline of 31 August 2021.  I bought those this morning.

I had issues sharing my office about 2 months ago, put in a ticket, auto closed after a few days without fixing the issue.

I put in a ticket to microsoft today, and they were unable to help, but could send the ticket to level2 and they needed to call me.  Not sure what an internal microsoft error has to do with me.

Other symptoms I'm seeing: I can't generate a link to share, I can't email a link to share, my account doesn't show any transactions for office (but does for xbox), I was over 100GB a right around my expiration anniversary, and because of the account issues, anything on onedrive was unusable.  I had to buy a +100GB subscription (for like 2 bucks, so no big deal) to keep my office 365 working.  I've tried with chrome, firefox, edge.  Private/incognito mode.   Also tried on my laptop and my PC, all the same results.  Tried 2 links to redeem, http://office.com/setup?ref=accountportal and redeem.microsoft.com.

I have been trying about once per week or so, without success.

Today, I used redeem.microsoft.com, and it took both my pre-paid codes, and updated the expiration date.

    Prepaid subscription

    Expires on 8/31/2023

I didn't get any notifications about it fixed, via email or ticket.  Just glad to see that it seems Microsoft sorted things out.

I would run disk clean-up, then restart the PC and finally use a private browsing session in whatever browser you are using, as its your browser causing the issue

Still unable to add a prepaid card to my account.  Error states that it is a Microsoft problem, not a browser or PC issue.

Tried it several times.  It still does not work and calling microsoft is like beating your head against the wall.  They always go down the same checklist with zero results.  They say they will have a higher tier tech call the next day and one never does.

Already been accomplished. Tried with 2x PCs, 3x browsers with incognito/private mode.  All same results.  Initial ticket CSR validated my keys, and she was unable to apply the keys to my account as well.
