For some reason I can’t create, copy or export sheet that I selected and tried to print as pdf or to saved in other apps. I tried everythink that I read here for this thread and nothing worked. Every time I get this message “Can’t reach the online service to convert the file to a supported format.”!

Deleted the apps for iphone. Office, One drive and Excel. Word is working just fine. Reboot the phone and install again the apps, still nothing.

    Hi B.Shterev,

We got your concern with your Excel iOS app wherein you can’t send copy, export, or create a PDF format in the app. We’ve also seen that you have performed basic troubleshooting, such as reinstalling the app and installing all available updates on the device. Allow us to check on this, and we’ll assist you in the best way we can.

This issue depends on how you are trying to do these actions with your Excel app. It would be better to give us a recording of how exactly you are trying to do it and the outcome from it so we can have an overview of the specific concern, repro the issue, and provide you the correct steps to resolve this matter.

We’d love to hear any results from you soon and provide you other recommendations if needed. We look forward to your response.

HI, again Jen. I check and - iOS 14.5 latest and I write that I deleted Excel, One Drive and Office from my device and download from App Store after I reboot my device. I am sure that the Excel and other microsoft apps is up to date, as my phone version. This problem is only for Excel. 😞 Word application is working with no issue.

    Hi B.Shterev!

I'm Jen, an independent advisor and a Microsoft user like you. I'd be happy to help you out with this issue.

Have you tried this workaround? Export the file to a pdf by using the option Send a Copy (keep the Excel Format), Send to Another App, open it with a PDF Converter app and print it from there. Let me know if this works.

I hope this information helps. If you have any questions, please let me know and I'd be glad to assist you further.

    Best Regards!

    Jen :)
