Microsoft Word Does not find the searched text

Well, my Microsoft word does not find the searched text when trying to search even though I know that it has the text that I searched for

I mean when I copy a text from internet and try to search for it in my document it does not find it always, except when I write that text manually in the search bar it do find! and that would take a lot of time keep writing it manually, can anyone help I would be really appreciated!

    For example i will search for Russian text in my Russian document (кофеина) when I copy this text and try to find it using the search bar it does not find anything, when i manually type it in the search bar it finds it

    PS sometimes other words can be found even when copied from internet and some can't without typing it manually
