Activation Link not working

Hi,

I got an invitation link for MS Partner network, looking like:

https://www.yammer.com/activate/<somealphanumericcode>

When I open it in the browser, the target URL seems to jump btw. at least 2 webpages.

After a while, it stops with error message that "registration is not possible, please repeat the process." (original text in German: "Eine Anmeldung ist nicht möglich. Bitte wiederholen sie den Vorgang." ). Tried different browser, all the same.

On the page where the error occurs, I am able to re-select my MS company account, then successfully login on my MS account using company login webpage, but I get back to the same page and error.

Can you please advice how to get it running?

I also got a 2nd invitation link, same behaviour...

Best Regards

Florian

    Hello Pitschi Florian,

I would like to inform you that, please try to whitelist the below URLs in internet explorer.

    https://*.yammer.com

    https://*.assests-yammer.com

    https:// *.yammerusercontent.com

    1.            Open Internet explorer

    2.            Click on settings gear icon

    3.            Click on Internet options

    4.            Click on Security

    5.            Select Trusted sites

    6.            Click on Sites

    7.            Add above 3 URLs one by one

Once the URLs are added in trusted sites, then please try to access Yammer from internet explorer and check the behavior.
