good day,

i have purchased the activation key for up to 6 people, office 365 home. i cant use the activation key after using on 2 pc's,

says activation code is already used. But only used twice, what about the other 4? this is not the first time that happens,

but never questioned this before. when i call around, no one can answer???

I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this . . .

When you initially install Office 365 with your product key, that licence becomes associated to your Microsoft account and you should no longer need your product key to install Office

To install Office on a PC that you log into:

Log into this page: https://account.microsoft.com/services/

From there you can just click Install to install Microsoft Office 365 on that PC

To Share your Office licence with someone else:

On your PC, sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services/office/s...

Select Services & subscriptions

Find your Office 365 subscription and click Sharing

Choose Invite via email or Invite via link

If you select Invite via email, enter the email of the person you want to share with and then select Invite - Got it

If you select Invite via link, copy the provided link then send that to the person you want to invite to share Office

You can only use the Product Key once to install Office (not sure how you managed two installations using Product Key) you install Office on other computers belonging to you by signing into Office Account:
