Printer is printing MS Word documents in reverse/mirror

One of our staff is having an issue with Word documents printing in reverse/mirror. Even the print preview is shown in reverse text, although the document is shown correct. He sent the document to me to print, and I didn't have an issue--it printed correctly. Can you please advise what we need to change in either the print set-up or document layout, etc., on his computer so that the documents print correctly?

    On the user's computer, it will be necessary to click on Printer Properties in the back stage print view and locate the setting that is causing the issue and change it.

    I apologize for all the trouble it has caused and sorry about your time.

    As per your description and regarding to error message, this error message means that a licensing token wasn’t obtained from Office Licensing Service on the Internet. Office is now in reduced functionality mode.

    As per your description, May I know is this affecting only Word documents or everything you print? Check your printer Properties (in the Printers folder in Windows Control Panel) to see if there is a setting for "Flip horizontal," or "T-shirt transfer." If it is enabled, that would be the problem.

    Also, try to open Word click File, go to Options, click Advanced, in Print section uncheck Print pages in reverse order.

    If the option is already unchecked, then check the box, print a document and uncheck the box to ensure the option is disabled.
