What do I need to do to resolve the OneDrive sync issue shown in the two OneDrive popup screenshots? What caused this problem? Here's a description of what I did and what I observed.
I wrote a RoboCopy script (Robocopy F:\ H:\OneDrive\F_Cakewalk_Projects_BU /XO /E /COPYALL /DCOPY:DAT /MIR /LOG+:%log_fname%) to update a folder on OneDrive. I tested it on a smaller folder first and it worked fine.
On the OneDrive folder (F_Cakewalk_Projects_BU ~100GB), marked "Always keep on this device" the folder disappear in File Explorer soon after Robocopy launched. Clicking the OneDrive icon in the Taskbar showed progress which eventually stopped. It now appears to have finished. See top popup screenshot.
However, I can't access the folder in file Explorer but I can access it in Explorer (See Explorer screenshot) by clicking the white rectangle next to "$RECYCLE.BIN" in the lower popup screenshot. I can also access it in Firefox. See screenshot.
Note the $RECYCLE.BIN folder is in the upper left corner of the folder in Firefox but it's empty, probably because OneDrive can't access it. There's also a Recovery folder shown. It appears that OneDrive wants to put a lot of folders and files in the $RECYCLE.BIN but can't. It could be that even though I launched CMD as administrator, running a batch file stored in the Users folder denied access to the $RECYCLE.BIN. I'm just guessing.
Any assistance appreciated. I'll try to provide additional information requested.
Bill
