At some point while I'm working in Visio 2019, it will start to automatically save constantly. Probably every 4-5 seconds; almost every other time that I move a shape. I don't know how or why it's being triggered. I have to close Visio and reopen it because I can't work while it's constantly saving. After restarting Visio it's fine until it happens again. Any ideas?

If you're taking about the auto-save interval, I originally set it to 30 minutes, but then I competed turned it off. Neither method prevented my issue. Once this saving issue starts, it's constant: move a line, auto-save, add a stencil, auto-save, edit text, auto-save...
This may help. There is a setting to set the timing.
