create map data for the provinces of Iran

Hi,

I have some google trends data (https://trends.google.com/trends/explore?geo=IR&q=%2Fm%2F01cpyy ) for Iran's provinces. When I try to create maps in office 365, I get the following error, what should I do?

The problem is that I just have this error for Iran's data because I can create the same maps for other countries such as Canada.

Are Iran's provinces are in your GeoNames?

    Unfortunately it is governments which make these decisions, I’m sure software developers would love to provide their products to everyone.

    Unfortunately this is very likely not available, due to restrictions placed by US and Iranian governments on exports between the two counties.
