    Hi assiBE

I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this . . .

Are you sure you do not also have another version of Office installed on your PC, open the Settings App, go to Apps, then scroll down to find Microsoft Office, is there also a version of Microsoft 365 installed on your pC?

    Log into this page: https://account.microsoft.com/services/

Do you see your Microsoft Office 2016 licence listed on that page?

Re: Office 2016:  You can only reinstall retail versions of Office 2016 from the Office Account at: https://account.microsoft.com/services/  You need to sign in with the same Microsoft Account that you used to setup Office 2016.  If your Office 2016 is not showing at the Office Account it indicates that you may have purchase an illegitimately sold version of Office.  Where did you purchase your Office 2016 and how much did you pay?

Hi,  Office 2016 does not expire.  What error message are you getting?  Have you been using a trial version of Office 365?  If you have you need to uninstall it.
