So sorry for this inconvenience caused to you.
According to my research, the “30016-26” error code may cause by Firewall block Office installation. So, please try the following steps:
- Open Control Panel.
- Select System and Security.
- Click Allow an app through Windows Firewall.
- Click Change settings>select allow another app…
- Click browse…>type the path C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\ClickToRun
- Select Office C2RClient>click Add.
If the above steps don’t work, please try to download and use Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant tool to troubleshoot and diagnose this issue.
