How do I insert an inverted exclamation point?

    On the Insert tab of the ribbon, in the Symbols group, click Symbol > More Symbols...

    Make sure that Font is set to (normal text)

    Scroll down a bit. You'll find the inverted exclamation mark a few characters after lower case z.

    Select it, then click Insert.

    Alternatively, type A1 and then press Alt+X.

    Or type Alt+0161 using the number keys on the numeric keypad while NumLock is on.
