Based on the Autodiscover error message, this might be related to Conditional Access. To check if you can get to your account successfully, please kindly sign into your account to Microsoft 365 Homepage to see if it works.
If you can’t get to your account, this could be related to Conditional Access in your organization. Please kindly ask your admin to check it for you in details in Microsoft 365 admin center > Azure portal to see which part of the sign in process might have caused the problem.
