How to scrub identifying information from a Word document

Hello,

I need to submit a blind review, and I can't scrub all my identifying information from it. I went to info, check for issues, inspect document, and managed to remove the author information. HOWEVER, the "last modified" information remains: there's my full name right there. When I reinspect the document, there's nothing left to remove. How do I remove the "Last modified" information?

If you Inspect the document and then click on Remove All and then just use Save, NOT Save As, nothing will appear against "Last saved by" when you look at the Details tab of the Properties dialog.  Alternatively, in that dialog, click on the Remove Properties and Personal Information link.

NOTE:  The name of the computer will remain.
