Hello,

In MS Word you can get the page number on which the chapter begins in the generated table of content (normal table of content).

Is it somehow possible to additionally / instead give the number of pages WITHIN the chapter?

Kind Regards,
Paul

If you add section breaks and modify the page numbering properly in the Page Number Format dialog box, the modified page number will display in an automatic table of contents.

In a section, you can display the page count with the SECTIONPAGES field, as Jay explains in the thread for which Neha Singh has already provided a link (https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/msoffice_word-mso_win10-mso_2016/automatically-include-a-chapters-number-of-pages/3d7cebc6-f648-447d-b413-ab01c7150b55).
