Missing proofing tools

Every time I install office365 and specifically Microsoft word it comes without proofing tools. I have tried this on 2 computers so far and its always the same case. I download word through office365 and i get this notification.

Upon clicking the link and pressing 'Download' it downloads the same OfficeSetup.exe which i have 6 of so far. And every time i run word after this new setup I get the same missing proofing tools notification. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted, everything.

See if the download works better from this site:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/language-accessory-pack-for-office-82ee1236-0f9a-45ee-9c72-05b026ee809f

I have done that and all it's done is download office all over again. Double checking the language settings shows this:

Pressing "Proofing Available" redirects me to a page which downloads office all over again but without the language pack...

The point is that the 64-bit version may not be what you need. It may be that you need the 32-bit version instead.

I have double checked, and I am running a 64 bit operating system as you can see from the screenshot provided.

Verify that the 64 bit version of Office is what you have installed (click File > Account > About Word). If older Office software was present on the computer when you installed your subscription version, you will usually get 32 bit Office (even on 64 bit Windows), and then you need 32 bit proofing tools.
