Unable to Remove cracked Microsoft Office

Hi

I installed MS Office 2019 when I purchased the computer. It was cracked I believe. 

I purchased Office 365 subscription last year and I didn't realize that I was still using that cracked version. 

Now I have tried to change the license but it is still not changing. 

  1. I have tried changing the license from Word>Account>Change License. it didn't work. It says its successful but everytime I open it, its still 2019 version.
  2. Uninstalled Office 2019 and then reinstalled multiple times. Still didn't work.
  3. Tried uninstalling using MS office tool but still didn't work. 
  4. Tried using Command Prompt using the OSSP.VBS method in which I had to remove the key using the last 5 digits. it still doesn't work. I say its successful but every time I check the key status, there is a new key waiting for me. 
  5. Tried using the IOBIT uninstaller but it wasn't successful. it went on uninstalling for more than 2 hours but couldn't uninstall. 

I think that KMSAuto automatically generates a new key somehow. I want that software to stop generating new keys and remove it. I want to use Office 365 subscription. Any help would be greatly apperciailted. I am stuck here for days now.

    I don't think you read my post correctly. Please do give it a read. I know they are different but I am unable to remove the 2019 version.

    2019 & 365 are two different products and the Key is unique to the exact product

    Office 2019 is activated via KMSAuto Crack. Everytime I try to remove it. it instantly generates new key. I need to remove the KMSAuto crack so I can use my officially purchased Office 365 subscription.

    Are you saying that the perpetual Office 2019 license is associated with the same account as your (newer) subscription?

    In theory, that shouldn’t cause any trouble. In practice, however, the installer may choose to install Office 2019 although you really want to install the subscription version.

    You can try removing not only all installations from your computer but also clear any saved passwords (for Office accounts).
