I've been facing issues trying to login to OneDrive on Mac. As soon as I enter my email and click on "Next/Login", OneDrive tries to login and then I receive this error:

I've tried installing OneDrive from multiple sources (i.e., Mac App Store and Microsoft Website) and still face the same issue.

    Hello Khaled,

    I´ve had the same problem...
This is what helped me instantly:

Do you have a Pihole (removes Ads and tracker via DNS-Blocking ; Pihole Homepage) in your network?

I disabled the pihole (5 Minutes) and then I could login with NO problems.

If you dont have a pihole in your network, check your DNS settings in your router.
Maybe they are changed to something weird (at least for MS)...

    Greetings,

    Ando

    Appreciate your support,

Right, I understand you, so, if you are able to access to:

https://onedrive.live.com, from a browser without any issue, I suggest you to check out if your Mac has installed any Avtivirus, Antimalware or even a PCTuneUp software and deactivate then try to sign in again on the Onedrive client.

Also, you can start your MAC in Safe mode to determinate if other apps are affecting Onedrive functionally. https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/start-up-your-mac-in-safe-mode-mh21245/mac

    Dear KhaledAO,

As an Independent Advisor and community user, I'll help you with your question.

You could try with an Onedrive MAC Reset, run below process:

First in order to verify if your personal account it is fine, in Safari internet browser on incognito mode go to below link:

    https://onedrive.live.com,

access with your personal account, verify if you are allowed to access, if so.

Then you can proceed with the reset process:

    1. Quit OneDrive. (Select the cloud icon in the top tray, then select Settings > Quit OneDrive.)
    2. Find OneDrive in your Applications folder.
    3. Right-click OneDrive and select Show Package Contents.
    4. Browse to the Contents > Resources folder.
    5. Double-click ResetOneDriveApp.command (or ResetOneDriveAppStandalone.command, if you're using the standalone app).
    6. Start OneDrive and finish the setup process.

See more information in below link:
