Help Installing Microsoft Professional Office 2013 HUP on a new computer with no disk

Hi - I purchased a HUP version of Office Professional 2013 through my work back when that was the offering, and have the Product Key, but no CD of the application as I installed it via the online method at the time.

I still work for the same company I bought the HUP from, and I'd like to keep the application and install it on my new laptop (OK with uninstalling it on my old Laptop), but cannot find any Office 2013 option available via the Microsoft online subscription service. I know the intention from Microsoft's point of view is to move people on to the 365 version, but I would prefer to keep my HUP 2013 version if possible.

Any idea where I can download the installation file?

Thanks in advance

Hi, You should be able to use your work email address to obtain your Office 2013: Microsoft Home Use Program - Order History

See Q&As below "If you purchased Office Professional Plus 2013/2016/2019, Office Home & Business for Mac 2016/2019, Visio Professional 2013/2016/2019, or Project Professional 2013/2016/2019 prior to November 30,2018, you can use the field above to request your installation information and product key(s). To do so, enter the work email address you previously used to make a purchase. Once submitted, we’ll confirm your purchase and send your installation link and product key to the email address you entered. Please note that you must still work at the same company from which you received the Home Use Program discount."

Thanks very much for your reply Ron.

I had previously received the email you are referring to with my product key. Ashamed to say I did not click the support link embedded in the same email at the time, as I had multiple microsoft support pages up at the time, and thought I was already in the right support/help location as it had a very similar topic.

The link directed me to the Office set up site and the rest fell into place. The 2013 is now working on my new Laptop.

    Appreciate your help

    Regards

    Jim
