No autodiscover after the certificat is generated

one of our AD users has a problem, when he logs in on a new computer, once the certificate "current user \ personal \ certificate " is generated, the autodiscover doesn't work anymore, as well as all office applications.

Do you have a solution to solve this problem? The problem is even transferred to a new computer

I would like to confirm the following information:

What version of Exchange are you using? On-prem or Online?

Is it a single user that has a problem or do all users have this problem?
You could use the following tools to detect autodiscover problems:
For On-prem: https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/tests/Ola/input
For Online: https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/tests/O365Ola/input
You could also use the Test E-mail AutoConfiguration:

Press and hold the Ctrl key, right-click the Outlook icon in the notification area, and then click Test E-mail AutoConfiguration.

Verify that the correct email address is in the E-mail Address box.

In the Test E-mail AutoConfiguration window, click to clear the Use Guessmart check box and the Secure Guessmart Authenticaton check box.

Click to select the Use AutoDiscover check box, and then click Test.
