Hi!

I have been sent here be MS business representative and told that will receive answer for my question here. Bit weird that rep is directing my to open forum but I will try, here we go:

We are non profit registered with Microsoft

  1. How many Office 365 E1 (Nonprofit Staff Pricing) free licenses are non profits allowed to use? I have been told that we are allowed to use 200 but I just login to the Office365 admin panel and can add 2000 of those and I will be charged nothing as they ae free for us. Can someone clarify this for me please?
  2. We also have 300 licenses of Microsoft 365 Business Basic (Nonprofit Staff Pricing). Can we use those for part of the users in our org, along with Office 365 E1 (Nonprofit Staff Pricing) for other users in our org at the same time?
  3. Does every Microsoft 365 Business Basic (Nonprofit Staff Pricing) include MS Windows, if yes which version?
  4. What is the difference between Office 365 E1(Nonprofit Staff Pricing) and Microsoft 365 Business Basic (Nonprofit Staff Pricing)- I have been told that none, but can someone clarify this please. In Office 365 admin panel can not see details of Office 365 E1 (Nonprofit Staff Pricing), no matter what I choose. E3 for an example is well explained.

Many thanks for help!
