    Hi Ryan,

Sorry for all the inconvenience it may has caused on your side.

Since there shows no error codes for a better and quicker troubleshooting, could you kindly share the following details to do a further check?

1.Since you are using OneDrive for Business, please confirm with other users in your organization to see if the issue is related with the tenant side or a specific user side. Let me know the answer as the resolutions are different.

2.To narrow down the issue to the Our files feature in your OneDrive or a specific folder, please let others to share another folder with you and access the new shared folder from Shared with you section and see if the same behavior will happen to the new shared folder.

3.Based on our tests right now, the same situation happened on our side. Hence, it could be a potential issue for this feature. We will monitor the situation and will update here if it is back to normal.

To arouse the attention from engineers in the related product team to investigate this as soon as possible, we sincerely suggest you(or the admin in your organization) to submit a support ticket in Admin Center as we are really sorry to convey that engineers here have limited resources or the escalation channel to further resolve this issue.

Appreciate your understanding and we will update here if the issue is fixed.

    Best Regards,

    Mia

Mia - would you believe NOBODY has even acknowledged this?  Can you help get their attention?  As a paying Office 365 customer this is terrible service - it's worse that the problem is on Microsoft's end and nobody is doing anything about it!

    Hi Ryan,

It seems like the issue could be caused by the service side. Hope the agency in the admin center could share the next step or action for your reference. Also, we will update in here if the issue is fixed.

    Best Regards,

    Mia

Thank you, ALL other users in the organization have the exact same problem.  In addition, the "Our files" feature does NOT work with other shared folders.  I believe the problem is on Microsoft / server side.

Unfortunately, I've submitted 3 tickets already and have gotten nowhere.  Each ticket has resulted in endless tests, trials and all fail.

You are the first support technician to admit the problem could be on the Microsoft side.  Please help!
