    Hi,

I am John, an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you. I'm here to work with you on this issue.

It looks like you have selected New Quiz option and it does not have Multilingual option. Click on + and select New Form and that will have Multilingual option

I hope it helps you. If not, please reply back to this forum to let me know. I will be glad to follow up and help you.

    Regards,

    John

    Dear,

Thank you so much for your time and honest reply. I am disappointed to note that Microsoft also has started cheating users..... Microsoft will learn a lesson soon. I will post this on social media where users should be more vigilant in purchasing software from Microsoft.

I have been using Microsoft for the last 20 years and I always supported Microsoft but from now onwards I will never ever recommend Microsoft products for anyone.

I will post this on LinkedIn soon in order to protect genuine users .

    Hi SumithJayawickrama,

I apologize for any inconvenience. As what I have mentioned earlier, Multilingual feature is only available with MS forms Pro which is currently part of Commercial licences. You will not see this feature on Microsoft 365 Personal licence.

    Regards.
