    Hi Orange,

So sorry for this inconvenience caused to you.

In this case, it’s first recommended to try login in your account in the OneDrive Online.

If you can access your files in the OneDrive web page correctly, you may try to Reset OneDrive to fix the issue.

Reset OneDrive - Office Support (microsoft.com)

Otherwise, if the issue also occurs using OneDrive Online, you may make sure there is no VPN or proxy settings in your local environment to block OneDrive app.

Moreover, if your issue persists, may I confirm the following information for a better understanding of your situation?

    1. What if you sign in another account (personal account), does the issue exist?
    2. Could you please confirm if your colleagues have the same issue?
    3. May I know the version information of your OneDrive? (OneDrive>Help & Settings > Settings> On the About tab)

    Best Regards,

    May

    Hi Orange,

Thank you for the reply and sharing the information.

According to the error message” we’re having trouble finding that site.” I am afraid your OneDrive for Business may not be configured correctly.

To confirm this, please sign in to Office.com and then click the OneDrive icon form the left app launch bar to open OneDrive. Like shown below:

     Image

If you could not see the OneDrive icon on the left App launch bar, you may not have the correct license to use OneDrive. To confirm this, could you please share a screenshot on your subscriptions page?

Otherwise, if you could see the OneDrive icon but the issue persists, may I know if you could use OneDrive for business on other devices? For example, you may use your mobile phone to see the result.

    Best Regards,

    May
