Jan, you have Office Pro Plus 2019 which is a volume licenced version and if you purchased it online then it was sold in contravention of the Microsoft licence, more importantly for you it does not have an Office Account.  Depending on exactly what you actually purchased and there is no telling from the installation, you may or may not be able to reinstall it using the Product Key.  Sorry.

So you entered the key in the app when you activated it? Did you buy it from Microsoft or someone else?

Ok so after a couple of testing. One solution that Worked was Cloning.

I cloned the OS where Office was installed to my new M.2 SSD and when i checked it from there it says Product Activated. Though I am not sure if the old drive would still display "Product Activated". Thanks for the help though

    Hi Jan,

Do you still have Office 2019 installed and activated? If so, look on the File > Account page in any office app. Does it say what address it belongs to?

Which office 2019 suite do you have installed?

When you purchased office, did you redeem your key in your Microsoft account?

Is office listed in https://account.microsoft.com/services/ ?
