How to draw a circle with double lines?

Just like this:

But I cannot find any option in Visio Professional 2019 that can let me set the line style to double lines. I did not find it in "Dash type" in Format Shape pane. The "Compound type" does not work either. So what do I do to draw the above circle with double lines without having to draw two circles?

    I read that article before asking here. Tell me first how do you open the Line dialog in Visio 2019. Also, there is no "Double line" option in Format Shape pane.

    Always read the question in full first, understand it, and then check your answer to make sure it is correct and to-the-point before submitting. I believe this is the basic requirement to a person with title "MVP".
