Running Publisher with Microsoft Home & Business

Good day, my client has Microsoft Office Home & Business and needs Microsoft Publisher as well. Currently Home and business is installed. I know that Publisher VL does not work on the same pc. Can we use Publisher 2019 from the Microsoft store on the same pc?

A follow-up for everyone struggling with the stupidity of Microsoft Publisher.

Use Affinity Publisher. It cost so little and is great Publishing software. It also doe not have the stupid conflicting issues Microsoft have. How stupid, you can not run two different of software on the same pc. Really Microsoft....Really!

Affinity can even open PDF files and allow you to edit them.

    A current version of H&B or one now out of support or about to go out of support? If so perhaps the latest suite, that includes Pub, might be more cost effective

    It is H7B 2019 ESD,

    the client already paid for this and activated it. It is a recent purchase, but afterword's the client realized they need Publisher as well. So how does someone in this situation get access to Publisher? I can not imagine that the H&B License should be throw away, money down the drain, just because the client needs Publisher as well.
