Hi there!

After reading through this article a couple of times (Turn Project for the web or Roadmap on or off for users in your organization - Project for the web | Microsoft Docs) it is not possible to activate roadmaps as the project settings are not visible for my global admin in my org.

Can you please help me?

    Thanks Cliff,
this  is the screenshot from PowerShell.
I can see that there is no Project Plan included. What I really don't understand is, why I do have access to Project Online Professional, Project for the web and to Project online desktop client. All these products are available and usable. I can create projects for all the people in my org and so on.

Sorry, but this isn't very helpful!

I DO have access to P4W. Only Roadmaps is missing!

I kind of studied the document you sent me, but it isn't clearly formulated .

That's the reason why I posted my question here.

The D365 CE Plan license does not include Project for the web or Roadmaps. You need  Project Plan 1/3/5 license. Please see the Microsoft Project service description: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/servicedescriptions/project-online-service-description/project-online-service-description

    Dear Felix,

Thanks for your updates and screenshots.

I notice that the Project license comes from Dynamics 365 which isn't a individual Project plan. This may be the reason that you can't see such an option in the admin center.

As this is an issue in Dynamics 365, I kindly suggest you post a new thread on our specific channel Dynamics 365 Community for expert help.

Sorry for that our category may have limited resources on coping with Dynamics 365 related issues and questions.

Thanks for your understanding and have a nice day!

    Dear Felix,

    Welcome to the forum here.

If you are the Microsoft 365 admin and have the related Project licenses, you should be able to see the Project option under Services in Org settings in Settings in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

I kindly suggest you follow the steps in the article to install the Microsoft Azure Active Directory Module for Windows PowerShell and then run Connect-MsolService and Get-MsolAccountSku mentioned in the article to check whether you have the related Project licenses and upload a full screenshot showing the result in Windows PowerShell for our reference.

If no, you may be unable to see the option in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

    Best Regards,

    Cliff
